About ember and Hollow
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
At Ember and Hollow, therapy is a space to slow down, be heard, and gently come back to yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or questioning parts of your identity or beliefs, you are welcome here.
Meet Your Therapist
Welcome to Ember and Hollow! My name is Brittnee Ceballos, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas under the supervision of Casey Davids, M. Ed, LPC-S and I am the owner of Ember and Hollow PLLC. I am so glad you found this space and are looking into therapy. I would be happy to help you on your life journey as you navigate whatever season of life you are in. I believe that people want to belong somewhere and be accepted for who they are. Learning to love yourself is one of the most rewarding journeys someone will ever take in this life. I would be honored to help you through this stage in life.
I use a person-centered approach and tailor interventions to fit the needs of the client. I have training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, and various other interventions and modalities.
Come as you are and rest in the hollow. You are welcome here.
Services
My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to you. I draw from trauma-informed and client-centered practices, focusing first on creating emotional safety. From there, we can begin to explore your story, build steadiness, and reconnect with a sense of self that feels more grounded and authentic.
Clients
I work primarily with women who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and deep internal shifts—including religious deconstruction, identity exploration, and changes that come with different stages of life. This may include experiences related to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, or simply feeling out of alignment with who you’ve been expected to be.
Many of my clients are in seasons of change—letting go of old frameworks, roles, or beliefs while trying to make sense of what comes next. This can feel disorienting, lonely, or even overwhelming. Therapy can be a place where those experiences are met with care, not judgment.
You don’t have to rush the process. You don’t have to have the answers.
If you’re looking for a space where you can rest, process, question, and begin again—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
